Poker was the original "play-to-earn" game

Back in 2014, I'd sit there for hours straight, running 4 tables of fast-fold cash games.
Made about $10/hr after months of grinding. Not exactly living the dream.
Truth is, becoming profitable was brutal:
- Studying hand histories for hours
- Watching my bankroll get crushed
- Getting up the next day to do it again
And that's what these web3 P2E games don't get.
Making money playing games SHOULD be hard.
The ecosystem needs winners AND losers.
Most importantly? Losing has to feel worth the experience.
Don't trust any gaming promising that everyone can win.
Think about it - why did you keep playing real money games even when you were down? Was it the rush? The learning curve? The community?
That's the real conversation we should be having about play-to-earn games.
