With five plot sizes—ranging from Small Estate ($108) to Fort ($49,200)—your choice impacts gameplay in crucial ways.

Each size determines perks like Airdrop Gold Multipliers (1.1x for Small, up to 12.5x for a Fort) and room capacity.

For example, small estates can accommodate two small rooms, while larger estates can accommodate up to four large rooms.

Another factor is stamina, which is used for production on the land. A medium estate offers a single recharging bed, while a large estate comes with five, affecting the scale of your operations.

Ultimately, your activity level and community size will play a significant role in choosing the right land size for you.

𝟮. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲?

Land in Ravencrest isn't just about size—rarity matters too. Every plot rolls for a rarity perk ranging from Common (1,500 perks) to Legendary (only 20 perks).

These perks unlock powerful in-game advantages, like the ability to house rare features such as a Mining Drill or Fishing Pond.

The size of your plot also affects your potential perk.

A small estate can only roll up to Rare, but if you’re aiming for a Legendary perk, a Stronghold or Fort gives you that chance.

Choose wisely—the more rare your rarity perk, the more lucrative your rewards.

𝟯. 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀

With 11 room types offering unique in-game boosts, you can control how you want to build your estate.

Some rooms enhance specific gameplay mechanics: kitchens boost labor during cooking, while a thieves' room provides extra dexterity.

Your plot size determines the number and size of your rooms, so plan strategically to maximize your benefits.

𝟰. 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘁

Once the mint begins, you’ll be given access to a detailed map of Ravencrest. Choose your location anywhere on the map, whether you want to live near your guild, friends, or claim a remote spot for yourself.

The first-come, first-served mechanic adds a layer of strategy and urgency to the process.

I love this method—it fosters guild play and role-playing elements. Imagine telling your friends, "I dwell by the big mountain!"

𝟱. 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

Ravencrest allows landowners to rent out their plots, creating opportunities for passive income.

Much like noble landlords of old, you can let others work your land while you sit back and reap the benefits.

With all these features, it’s clear that Raven Quest aims to redefine web3 land ownership.

Is virtual land back? Are you ready to buy?

I’ll see you in the lands of Ravencrest.
